Time for love...First thing I did here was to make the ribbons under the red threaded ribbon out of the papers. I also put the white background paper under the blue one and lowered the opacity on the blue. Then I made the blue ring frame out of the blue background paper. Everything else was a matter of lowering opacity and adding drop shadows.
