Believe in love...First thing was to fix the photo which was very overexposed. I played with the Enhance, adjust lighting, shadows/ highlights. And then I worked a little with the levels as well to bring back the facial features. After that I lowered the opacity on the photo to let the rays element show through just a touch. I also lowered the opacity on the red charm drop and the swirl of dots. The clock element I changed the layer blend mode to overlay and then duplicated it two more times and lowered the opacity on the top one until it looked the way I wanted it to.
